M Beach Club - Phangnga

Very nice in the area, with very nice atmosphere and very good food(some might think the portions are small though). The staff is very helpful and will even give you good tips for what to do in the evenings. Very nice selection of drinks and wines! Gets crowded for the sunset

Beautiful resort, super nice staff....they are committed to making your stay awesome. The gentleman when opens the door for you at the vehicle drop off always clicks his heals and stands at attention for you! What a welcome!

I called the servant to fix it, someone came to consider the situation, changed a few things (I am not sure what, and said it is done. then I got a short about the situation and about my stay more comfortable my family and I got a kiste drinking water. How would that achieve the purpose? two days later, when we tried to fill the tub again, the situation was indifferent, the water still looks the same. can they imagine when my children play there, accidentally swallow a few glowworms water without notice adult? all in all, not the best marriott experience. I understand the challenging 2 3 years during the pandemic. it's great that the trip was resumed and the tourist back. the hospitality is a competition and if marriott does not determine these quirks, they are obliged to lose loyal customers. The resort is absolutely fantastic and it is made for relaxation. the complex is very large and consists of several pools, restaurants, beach, games and many activities. the service is also amazing and their employees are not helpful and professional. during our stay we have interacted with jay and he was very helpful and friendly and also funny! this resort is one of the best marriott resorts in the world. highly recommended for families and couples.
