Whataburger - Pflugerville

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The interactions were quite rude, and it took a long time to place my order, whether I used the drive-thru or went inside. It seemed like a group of teenagers without proper management were trying to run the place. The staff at the drive-thru often had an attitude, as if I was bothering them by placing an order. When I went inside, nobody attended to the counter. Overall, it was not a good experience.

This is one of the worst places I've ever been. It took an eternity for them to serve even one person. I waited a long time for my food, and when it finally arrived, I waited another 30 minutes just to get ketchup. One of the employees looked right at me while I stood there waiting, then just walked away. I had to shout over their loud conversations to get someone’s attention. When I finally sat down to eat, the container was filthy, and the tables were not clean at all. Overall, the customer service was terrible.

This is definitely one of the least favorable locations in the entire Austin area. The food quality is decent once you finally get it, but the service is incredibly slow and disorganized. It often takes ages to receive your order, making mobile orders for pickup or curbside pointless, as they take longer than simply waiting in the long drive-thru line. The staff members are very friendly, and I genuinely feel sorry for them, as they always seem overwhelmed due to what is clearly poor management.

Slow! Very slow. I know it?s all kids and teenagers working, but I had to wait 23-25 minutes for a simple order. I also asked them multiple times to make coffee since they were out. Waited 40 minutes and left instead. It?s a cold day, 48 degrees, you?dthink coffee would be readily available if it?s on the menu. Pick it up whataburger! You can do better.

I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 6 people in front of me. How is this considered fast? The quality of the food was sub par. This was a waste of time and this store should be shut down if they can?t improve their quality or efficiency.Sad that this franchise is so awful now. I?m legit watching people stand around in the kitchen not working. This staff is theworst I?ve ever seen. Not worth the money or the time wasted at this location. In N Out is a better option at this point.
