I don't often rush to leave reviews for restaurants, but this specific location has consistently messed up our orders. Unfortunately, about 3 out of 5 visits end with us receiving incomplete orders—missing items like burgers, sandwiches, and drinks. What started as a disappointment has now turned into a regular source of frustration. We've even reached a point where we park the car after going through the drive-thru just to double-check that our order is correct before driving away. I understand that fast-food places can struggle with consistency, but this location notably loses customers due to their failure to deliver the correct orders, even after payment. It's frustrating that I have to spend an extra 10 to 15 minutes driving around because of their poor service.

I’m craving some Popeyes. The food is consistently good for what you’d expect from a fast-food restaurant. However, some locations tend to be less clean compared to their competitors, and the staff is often not as friendly or helpful.

This is the best place! The app order was perfect, and the food was crispy and delicious. We had two mild chicken sandwiches (one came with red beans and rice) and split 5 pieces of wings with my partner. They were so spicy that we struggled to finish them, but they were so delicious! We also filled out a survey for a bonus food offer next week.

If I could give the service 0 stars, I would definitely. We placed our mobile order 15 minutes before we even went on break and they had to sit there 25 minutes, we had to try to eat back on the way and ended too late. If you avoid this place in a hurry!? Food: 1/5

They advertise one at drive-thru and change prices at window. Then the manager was rude and had no concern or understanding on how to manage. Will Never go to 1547 Farm to Market 685, Pflugerville, TX 78660 Again the WORST!!!
