As for cleanliness, there was an issue with the fries we ordered. We got a medium fries that was supposed to serve everyone, but they only included one cup in the bag and scattered the rest loosely in the bag, which was careless since the fries were touching the paper that wrapped the hamburgers. Why couldn’t they have just included two cups? Since we ordered to go, it was about a 20-minute drive home, and the food was still somewhat warm, though not piping hot. I would consider going back, but honestly, I can get more food at Whataburger for my money.

I always order my burgers well done, but I consistently receive attitude from the staff. They claim that burgers cooked well done are prepared correctly, yet I disagree—this definitely doesn’t seem well done to me.

Every time I order delivery from this restaurant, they shortchange me on the fries. It happens every single time. They either don't give me what I paid for or adjust their prices. My friends who joined me were so disappointed that they were furious. The burger I received was dry and tasteless, and they really don’t seem to understand that their prices are too high for such low quality.

James and the crew are the best. very vague and my eating was great. they'll get more of them.
