Domino's Pizza - Pflugerville

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order at 6:00, and was told it would be ready by 7:20. When I arrived, the girl at the counter just smirked and informed me they hadn’t even started my order yet, and that I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes. If you're looking for a good meal, I would recommend staying away from this place.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The person managing the place served meat to a vegetarian who had ordered a veggie pizza, which is unacceptable for customers who follow dietary restrictions, such as Hindus and Muslims. The manager was unresponsive to phone calls and was quite rude when approached. Additionally, Dominos customer support claimed that they have no connection with the store and advised me not to call the store for assistance. Overall, the service was very unsatisfactory.

The pizza was awful—honestly the worst I've ever tasted. The crust was overcooked and the toppings were barely there, almost nonexistent. It felt like I was just eating a piece of crust!

Worst place ever. My order stayed resdy for over an hour before they had someone to deliver it. Its just 7 minutes from my house. They say 145 q. 155 minute service which is slow but reality 3 1/2 hours. And try to call to go get order no one answers. Worst ever ever ever

This location is THE WORST. When you order, you have no idea when your pizza will be delivered, 45 mins or 3 hrs. On more than one occasion, the tracker stated my order had been delivered and it was another 15 mins before it was delivered. When I call, sometimes they just let it ring and other times, they just state “it’s on its way”. Why have a tracker when it is wrong? Another time, when I walked in and picked up the order, I felt like it was a huge imposition for them to 3 2-liter bottles in a bag so I could carry it out.
