Very good bread petit pâtés from Pézenas quite good, of course they are not worth those of the Quatrefages family..

Boulanger très accueillant. Je suis intolérante au gluten et Monsieur m’a proposé d’excellents gâteaux et du pain que j’avais d'ailleurs dégusté dans un restaurant de Pézenas. Également succulent. Enfin des boulangeries qui s’occupent de nos intolérances. Un grand merci.

In a stay in pezenas we recommend this bakery for their good Viennese and varied sandwiches made with good fresh products. Bread to a very good taste even if the dough is not lifted enough to my taste. The strawberry has too much cream lacks biscuit and is a little too sweet to my taste. Good address, however.
