La Distillerie Du Pezenas

Our recent extended stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon arrival, this positive gesture was marred by several inconveniences. One of the main frustrations was the lack of hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. This required us to use the spa shower, which definitely affected our comfort and experience. In addition, the room was very poorly lit (n°102). Although the spa is an attractive aspect of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that it was not well equipped. However, it should be noted that the price was still reasonable. We hoped for a commercial gesture from the management to compensate for the inconveniences we encountered, which we unfortunately did not obtain. Despite these inconveniences, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible under the given circumstances. In summary, although our experience was marked by some negatives, we recognize the positives as well as the efforts of the staff in meeting our needs. We hope our feedback will help improve future stays for guests of this hotel.

The positive points the location and the staff very professional. The negative is more of a 3 star than a 4. Stained carpets in the common areas Poor breakfast and insufficient cleanliness.

We had dinner at this restaurant on a Friday evening. We had a great time. A very nice setting, dishes elaborated and prepared to perfection, a very pleasant service (thank you Michel! and even beautiful tableware! Go there, you will enjoy yourself!

Hôtel parfait, calme, très propre, bien situé, et personnel irréprochable, le restaurant est top !

Very beautiful location however the establishment lacks maintenance. ... the cleanliness and maintenance of the sheets to be desired in the rooms .... value for money to really examine the damage because it is a beautiful place .... and very well placed ..
