The lobby has finally opened, and I was hoping to enjoy a quiet lunch break since there were hardly any other customers around. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to treat my solitude as an invitation to be loud and immature. However, there was one older gentleman who was very kind and maintained a professional demeanor, which I appreciated. The rest of the staff, though, made me want to leave. Not everyone is interested in dealing with noisy antics; some just want to enjoy their meal in peace.
When I approached the window, she ignored me for a few minutes and didn't even make eye contact—she was too busy with the register. When she finally opened it, I asked if they typically keep customers waiting in situations like this. She said no and then gave me a blank stare, not understanding why I was frustrated. After paying, I had to wait a few more minutes, and when my order was handed to me, she forgot something. Before I could mention it, she closed the window. I tried to get her attention, but it was pointless. At that point, a supervisor or manager was nearby, but instead of addressing our concerns or asking if everything was alright, they just stared. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
Open after 2 years of locked lobby.I got a number two combo with a large fries and it was $12. It wasn't bad but definitely not worth $12. Most of the soda flavors were out and the one I got was sort of weak. My experience was subpar.Next time I come here I'll just get the $5 value meal. You don't get much more for $12.Because you don't get much in a combo I had to order 2 double stacks because I was still hungry.I spent $18 during my visit and I realized I could have just gone to a formal restaurant and drank out of a glass instead of paper cup.
My wife just came home after ordering a 50 piece chicken nugget and some large fries for the family. Disgusting. We had it split up between 25 regular and 25 spicy. The regular had probably been cooked in the last hour or two. Way behind standard but not even close to the spicy nuggets. They were cooked many hours ago. This is coming from someone who was GM of a fast food restaurant for years. There is no excuse. This situation needs to be recognized. No way should food ever be served that is that low of quality. It is in the trash. I do not want a refund, this is not a cry for something free. The owner or corporate should be made aware of the incident. If it happened to us there is a high probability that it has happened before and will happen again. That is not an accident, that is no care for your position.
