Buffalo Wild Wings - Pewaukee

The food was hot and fresh for our takeout order. The lady who took my order over the phone was extremely helpful. Despite some issues with the register, she still took my order and entered it, and the food was ready without any problems when I arrived.

It seems that their employee shortage has taken a turn for the worse. I thought things were under control over the summer, but it has definitely declined. The staff at the front simply do not engage with customers—there's no greeting, no "how are you?" or even acknowledging your presence. It feels like you're just passing by obstacles to get to the bar seating, as the dining area is closed. Unfortunately, there’s only one waiter on duty, which means no one is available to serve any bar drinks. They really need to make some changes here, or it doesn’t look good for them. They used to have excellent service, and I’m not sure what went wrong.

I went on a Wednesday night, it Wasn?t busy at all and was able to find a seat in the bar area, when I tell you this was the most rude and inconsiderate encounter I have ever experience!!! I pacifically ask for my appetizer to come out first and toallow time for my food to come out they did the complete opposite and on top of that brought my fiancé?s food out and I had towait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for my food. For us to dine in they kept telling us they were short staffed and to please bepatient but at the same time rush the food out to the table asap!! out of nowhere it went from one person working to three backto one a bunch of teenage kids playing,I asked for boxes to clear the table and she closed out the bill she never asked if wewanted Desserts or drinks she immediately assumed we were leaving when all we were trying to do is clear the table I would notrecommend one out of 10

The Buffalo Mac appetizer is $11 and very small, do not get if you?re hoping to eat it by yourself as a meal! It?s definitely not a full size Mac and cheese dish?for $11?you should get a decent amount of noodles, cheese, and wings to top it off. I don?tknow how you would share it as an appetizer : disappointed. The total amount of food before I ate any only covered the bottomof this bowl?but it is delicious!

The boneless chicken wings are truly delicious! We particularly enjoyed the teriyaki and honey barbecue flavors. The fries are tasty too. You definitely need to check out this place. Plus, it’s likely that your favorite sports team will be playing on one of the many large TVs. It's a fantastic spot for a fun family meal!
