Briggs' Bbq - Pettus

Hi Briggs. The Goliad Club dinner you catered went very well. Clay had it by himself. I had been really sick for a few days and I didn’t make it. Clay did have a few left overs, it was all great the Bar B Que was very tender, potato salad I actually hogged from Clay it was soooo good and whatever you do please don’t change the Bar B Que sauce it’s perfect! Clay wrote a review he was just as pleased. I also wanted reiterate how many people Clay said inquired about your Bar B Que. Thank you very muchVelvet Sugarek

Wow! I work nearby, and we decided to check this place out. It was the best choice we could have made. The ribs and sausage were incredibly tasty. The green beans were fantastic, and the pinto beans were great too, but be careful as they're straight off the fire and very hot. This is the best BBQ I've had in a long time. It's an excellent spot and definitely worth a visit, whether you're just passing through or planning a special trip.
