Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe had lunch here recently prior to attending a show at the nearby theatre. We two old folks and a teenager enjoyed our lunch there very much. Although the place was very busy, we were waited on in a very timely fashion by a very friendly and efficient waitress. The lunch menu consists mainly of a variety of sandwiches, named after famous actors. I had the Marcel Marceau ( a reuben sandwich,) which I very much enjoyed. We will be back! If you are going for a pre-theatre meal, I would reccommend that you make a reservation.
An acceptable but uninspiring restaurant. The facility is a bit worn out, the food is OK, simple and tasty. The location next to the Victoria Playhouse in Petrolia is its main drawing feature.
Have gone here several times for lunch and dinner, never been disappointed. As per the name, the restaurant theme is film and theatre, entrees are named after actors and actresses. (its across the parking lot to the Victoria playhouse, if there is a show on, you will likely need a reservation, otherwise we've never had a problem just walking in.) its an old building, so tables are spread out over several rooms. Have always had good food and service. Not much parking on street in front, take the side street towards the playhouse, lots of easy parking in back, there is a back door entrance.
Staff was very pleasant. Food was presented nicely. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend this place.
Last weekend, four of us had lunch at this restaurant. It was quite busy, the staff was friendly, and the food was freshly prepared and delicious. We also tried some desserts, including the gluten-free option, which was tasty, as well as the apple pie and rice pudding. Unfortunately, the dining area had carpeting and the floor felt spongy, giving the place a tired appearance. Although it was clean, it could use a renovation. Despite this, we would consider returning when in Petrolia again.
