The moment they open and you dive into a bowl, you’re a lifelong fan, and that’s fantastic! Thank you, Crooked Tree, for creating this irresistible treat!

We recently sampled the 3 o'clock baguette, the Cheddar Church, the white chocolate cherry, blueberry muffin, black and white cookies, and the Parmesan Pepper Rolls. The scones were the best we've ever had, far surpassing Zingerman's. Our entire team also raved about the baguette. We can't wait to try the rest tomorrow! We'll definitely be back in the morning!

Brooding is an incredible place to work and an even better spot to discover their artisanal bread and baked goods made with 100% unbleached flour. Bread simply tastes better when it's freshly baked every day with care. I highly recommend the pepper parmesan loaf, the rosemary olive loaf, and the classic Italian-style loaf.
