Buffalo Wild Wings Petoskey

I went to this restaurant and found out that they do not accept OpenTable reservations. Additionally, they stopped seating guests for 45 minutes in order for the kitchen to catch up. I will not be going back there.

I understand that restaurants face challenges in hiring and retaining enough staff to provide sufficient customer service. The wait time after placing our order was around 2-3 minutes.

We waited for 10 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. However, we waited for over 15 minutes without anyone approaching us to offer a drink. There were only 2 servers working.
