Consistent and good enough for that quick pick up with most orders ready in 20 minutes or less.
So so.. Egg rolls and fried dumplings were good. Chicken Low Mein was bland, chicken fried rice was bland. General Tso 's chicken is really sweet and sour chicken. It has the orange sauce rather than the thick brown sauce General 's usually has. But.... It was pretty good. The thing is... General Tso 's costs $11.75. When I picked up there was a sign Today 's Special General Tso 's $8.95 . When I asked about it she said that was a half size order. So either I got played or anyone getting The Special gets played. If it is a half size order it isn 't really a special, is it? And should cost half of the full cost $5.50 or so) Also, I asked for some hot pepper oil and they charge $2 for a container the size of egg drop soup! I could not use that much hot pepper oil if I ate Chinese every night for a month. But they won 't give you a tiny cup of it. It 's just weird. In 50 years I 've never been to a Chinese place that wouldn 't give a little bit of hot pepper oil.
I used to order from here all the time but had not for quite a while. Yesterday I ordered Hunan Chicken. It had a funky yucky flavor in it and it is supposed to be spicy but had no heat at all. Very, very disappointed. Guess I'll go back to not ordering from there.
Ordering my first time here today I ordered takeout as expected, everyone wore a mask and they have a protection. it was pretty busy. (not overcrowded, only many people order the other mozen held a respectful safe distance in order also. I ordered the house mei fun is my favorite cookout dish (sometimes I like to order singapur, that is a yellow sworn nudel, same dish whenever I order house special mei fun, I always ask if they use much chili or chili oil when they have it, and make it spicy. and I really ask myself to paint more than many, but I can hardly get a lot more now I was very happy and pleased when I tasted my noodles to find that they were cooked with generous amount of chili and are nicely sharp as I like. so I will be back alone: I have left this at 4 stars because it only worked two people so that the wait for order was a tad longer than most people probably prefer. I am patient and I have nothing against it (it was not exaggerated, only about six or seven minutes I say, try them out: they make a medium spicy mei fun:
