King's Barbecue - Petersburg

Not sure where all bad reviews come from. King Barbecue is a favorite among people in the general area. Your Bbq sauce never cost me vine, but I think there is vinegar on the table that you can add if you want. If you want to try vinegar-based barbeque, go to North Carolina. I've eaten at King for so long, with my dear parents, my data, my cousin and my partner. There was never a bad meal, and they are always packed. You have to try the onion rings. You're legendary. If we have a visit, we cannot place an order. It is an excellent restaurant and if you live in the surroundings, you already know. If you never tried her, look at her! And they sell much of the Bbq sauce you complain about! And prices are reasonable. Get something!

A great restaurant in Petersburg. They have great food. They have the best barbecue around. They also sell burgers, fries, onion rings, dessert, soups, Blts and much more. I eat here at least twice a week. The food is to die for. My fiance Larry loves it too. Friendly employees and clean place. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have been going here since I was a kid. The BBQ, the sides and other choices are quality home cooking. The service is always great and prices are amazing for the food you get. If you like BBQ or even if you don?t definitely worth the stop.

First time here... had a GREAT experience! Loved the 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside meat on the sandwich... and the potato salad is VERY good, had to order some to go for home later!! Will definitely be back... And don 't forget to try THE SAUCE.

5NOV21 Back for another DELICIOUS BBQ meal.???? I came to see my Sister this morning and before heading back to Richmond I had to treat myself to lunch at KINGS. AUG21 ??????FINALLY!!! KINGS is back with dine in service!!!? I have really missed eating here since the Covid epidemic intruded in everyone 's life. They have redecorated and the place really looks NICE!!!??? I had my usual: the large sliced pork dinner with baked beans and french fries and a sweet tea. DELICIOUS!!!??? As always. KINGS BARBEQUE is the VERY BEST BBQ!!! I have been going to this restaurant since I was a child. My Family Mom, Dad, 2 Sisters, Grandma, Aunt and Uncle and numerous cousins) used to go there every Sunday after Church. Their sauce is the secret that makes Kings The King of Barbeque . Sure will be glad when this Covid mess is over so I can enjoy dine in meals again. The place hasn 't really changed all that much in all these years. A lot of my Family members aren 't here anymore but my Children, and their Children, are loyal fans of this AWESOME restaurant and are carrying on a Family tradition of enjoying DELICIOUS barbeque in a place we all love and appreciate.
