Tim Hortons - Peterborough

Typical fast food atmosphere, but service felt lacking. Tables were not cleaned, the manager provided good service, but the staff team seemed lacking in self motivation.

The staff at this location are very rude. Totally ignored us at the window this morning, didn't even look at us, just passed the machine, then coffee, no greeting nothing. Won't be returning here!

Went to get coffee for my wife and tea for myself, the staff that day were all younger college age students. Now, if they'd moved any slower. I'd have died of old age before I got my drink. So we walked out, got into the car, started driving, and turned out my tea had zero milk and zero sugar, and I'd clearly asked for the stuff. We were already on the highway, so I wasn't turning back, but it just shows some people don't take pride in their job. Due to this and several other occasions, they got things really wrong and I've ordered food for 3 of us only to get home and only 2 sandwiches etc so I went hungry so my wife and son could enjoy it. ?

My god when are you people going to learn that a CANADIAN MAPLE donut and a MAPLE DIP donut are not the same thing? Every single time I ask for Canadian Maple at this location I get the wrong donut

This is the worst Tim Hortons in town, the people taking orders in the drive thru can’t speak or understand English making me pay for something I didn’t order the bagel was so disgusting it had to been one that was left out for 2 days I ended up tossing it out the window paid 25 bucks for my order which included the screw up, absolute horrible place I could have went to a restaurant for breakfast and paid the same without the screwups and language barrier
