Sam's Place - ''The Best Dan Deli In Town''

One of my favourite places in Peterborough! Delicious food, great service. Lots of choices and the gluten free bread is really good. I’ve tried lots of different sandwiches here, my favourite is the cuban but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them! Staff are knowledgeable and kind, answering all my questions. Highly recommend! I’ve never felt sick after eating here and I am very sensitive.

Meat is house-made and gluten free, can substitute gluten free bread for any sandwich! And they are very careful to ask if you are celiac when you order gf bread and take precautions to make sure the food is safe.

GF bread and ingredients awesome selection of sandwiches. Sam knows how to handle food! separate cutting boards and utensils, precautions taken with Grill press. a great place for lunch.

Can't believe it took me this long to make this review, Sam's is THE best lunch place(not just sandwich place) in the city. Been coming by since shortly after it first opened, and it's been excellent every time.Get the Sascha

After five years, my husband has become a vegetarian and we still find plenty of delicious options at Sam's. I highly recommend this place. We absolutely love Sam's! The meats are all cured in-house and you can really taste the care and attention put into them. Some of our favorite dishes include the Gord o mania (the best turkey club I've ever had), the Mort, and the Mecha reuben. The baked beans at Sam's are amazing. I like to order them as a side with macaroni salad on top - they call it "summer" because it truly tastes like summer. You must try this place!
