There are gluten-free options available for rolls when it comes to burgers and sandwiches at this restaurant. However, there is a risk of cross-contamination and none of the dishes are specifically listed as gluten-free.

Ate at the roof patio. Good food, generous portions. Not suitable for folks who have difficulty climbing stairs, if you want to eat at the roof patio. I was surprised that they don't serve tea or coffee.

I ordered the steak sandwich and quite enjoyed the flavors. The steak was a bit grisly though. My friend enjoyed her chicken wrap. Portions were huge. Service was okay. Waiter could have smiled and been a bit more attentive.

We (my husband and friends from Florida) drove from Scarboro for the day and had 90 minutes before the Peterborough Locks Cruise. We happened on Riley's. It was a surprise because it exceeded our expectations: for quality, for quantity, for attentiveness, for economy.Now 2 weeks later we are back in the region with members of our family, and one of the stops WILL be Riley's. ✌
