Pita Pit - Peterborough

This location sucks. Go to the one on George Street. 1000x better. Staff are fast, ingredients are fresh, and they don't mess up your order.

Horrible staff. The amount of times I've paid for double meat and I have to watch them like a hawk or else they'll screw it up. Today, the incompetent staff tried to argue with me and refused to give me the extra meat I paid for. They always rip the wrap open making it impossible to eat tidily and spray the sauce so it goes all over their aprons then drips back onto my food. The value here is God awful, only reason I gave them another chance today was because it's low calorie but I won't be back

Great food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. But not enough staff working. I felt bad for the two girls working. We were about 45 min ordering and waiting for food.

We love these places, great choice for vegan and vegetarian meals. Hope the franchise expands globally quickly. Always our first choice if you can find one.

If you expect to find meat in your pita, don 't go here. You are paying for a small pita around $10 +plus tax for basically 99% of vegetables and 1% of meat. I have bought both their regular and their small and they give you the smallest amount of meat they can. If i wanted a VEGETABLE pita i would ask for it. I asked for buffalo chicken. chicken not 99% of veg and 1% of meat. Literally i counted out how much meat was in this small which i might add only refers to the size of the pita not the contents and there were 7 tiny pieces of chicken. They bulk it out with veg. There are much better options in Peterborough like OMG that place gives you lots of meat or even SUBWAY which at least give you lots of meat. Not this place. I wouldn 't recommend unless you are vegetarian. And yes I tore this pita open that you see to check. I 've done this two times now and both times meat varies from 4 tiny pieces to 7 tiny pieces. If you ask for a small pita the staff takes less than a handful out of a paper tray of meat and sprinkles it over the fried veg which i might add they give you more than chicken. No, save your money. There are better Pita places mucho burrioto, bar burrito on landsdowne and OMG in the downdown to name a couple. This company should be shut down for their insult to customers.
