Captains Seafood Chicken & Rib Restaurant

Fantastic service fantastic fish incredible location. I've had both breakfast lunch and dinner at this location. Breakfasts are wonderful in the summertime overlooking the lake. Fresh jam is served with your breakfast yummy. The fish is good I've only had the Hardick but have found it very tasty

I wish there was a 3.5 button, because honestly I think they really deserve it. The food was good and the service was really friendly. Overall I would have given a 4 easily, however I didn't find a lot of value here when dining alone. I had the 1pc Halibut (that tasted great), which I found pricey at 13.99. They did have many great options for family size orders that I would try next time, but in the end this time it was a pricey dinner for me compared to the competition.

We ate at this restaurant when we were traveling from Deep River to Toronto. It was pretty good. I had the coconut shrimp as an appetizer. My husband had the chicken and ribs, and I had the ribs as the main course. The coconut shrimp was as good as Red Lobsters. My husband found the chicken dry and portion size of the ribs was huge. I enjoyed the ribs (the meat just fell of the bones!) as well and the fries were great. Hand cut and freshly made. The restaurant is nicely decorated with seafaring theme, which is fun. Looking at the other customers were ordering, this restaurant specializes in fish and chips. Next time, I will try that. The prices were reasonable and the service was friendly. The washroom was on the main floor and clean. I would recommend it as a good alternative to Red Lobster's.

I don't get to this restaurant often, but when I do, I always hope to get the server Quinn. She is so friendly, bubbly and all about pleasing the customer.The food has always been fantastic whether it is fish, chicken, ribs or roat beef dinner. The value for the money is awesome as well.I will say one bad thing which is no refection on the restaurant itself. While we were eatig dinner on Sunday Feb, 5th, the closing server thought it would be okay to vigorously sweep the carpets which were not even 6 feet away from us. My husband, sister and I were shocked and annoyed. We did lodge a complaint to the owner who was very apologetic and wanted to do something for us. We were not looking for anything free, we just wanted it brought to her attention as this is wrong to do nearby where people are eating.Will we return again? Absolutely, and I hope Quinn is working.

We have been at this fish /chip restaurant many times and have always found it to be very clean and the food very good with large portions and great deserts at fair prices..would recommend this place to anyone wanting fish and chips staff very friendly makes you feel at home
