Pancho's Pizza - Peterborough

This place is fantastic! I arrived just as they were closing, and I wanted to order a sandwich. Even though they were closing, they kindly offered to make one for me without hesitation. Now that's what I call great customer service! While I waited for my food, I struck up a conversation with the owner, who was genuinely engaged and had a smile on his face the entire time. If you're looking for excellent food and wonderful company, this is the place to go. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This place is outstanding! I ordered the buffalo chicken cutlet sub and it was incredible. My friend and I arrived just before closing time, but the staff still made us sandwiches and treated us with the highest level of respect, making us feel like family. I wish I could give this place more stars and had more thumbs to show how great it is!

The pizza here is absolutely delicious! I haven't had such great pizza in ages. I stopped by for a quick bite after grocery shopping at Market Basket, and I'm so glad I did. The pizza is massive—I was stuffed after just two large slices. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to return next time for some chicken wings!

We mistakenly believed that ordering subs would be quicker than ordering pizza. In fact, a long line of customers behind us was served before we were. Additionally, the cashier made us wait while she took a phone order, which took at least 10 minutes. When she finished, she mentioned that the phone order could wait until all the other customers were served. The priorities in the kitchen seem a bit off. The fish sandwich was alright, but I wouldn't make a special trip to come back here.

I was literally put on hold for 10 minutes. The pizza arrived cold, and the toppings were even colder, as if they were added after the pizza was baked (raw onions). Unfortunately, this isn't my first disappointing experience here, but it will definitely be my last.
