I went to the restroom and brought my young children into the coffee shop for hot chocolate. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They brought my tablet over and made a special cool hot chocolate for my son, which was fantastic. Well done to the coffee shop, I will definitely come back.

I have always been a fan of this restaurant. Despite not having a lot of money to spend, I appreciate their reasonable prices and always manage to find something within my budget. Yesterday, I was delighted to discover a last roll of William Morris wallpaper for $5, marked down from $62. It was a fantastic deal and made my day!

If you want good quality and good service this is the only place to shop

I had a cake and coffee in the cafe. The service was fantastic. I have problems with my shoulders. The staff were more than happy to take my tray to the table for me. So kind and helpful.

I love the atmosphere on both the top and ground floors of this restaurant. The staff are incredibly helpful. However, I do find it a bit too pricey for my budget. I appreciate that they offer some lovely gifts that would be perfect for Christmas presents already.
