Consistently very good food with excellent staff in an interesting setting. Not busy when we went but had some noise from the pub downstairs to be expected. Enjoyed the lunch time offer and seeing the rowers and swans on the lake. Background music was a little questionable. Will definitely return

We chose East because it was one of the few places open on a Monday that wasn't in lockdown. When we first arrived, I wasn't best impressed with the sign, and thought we were heading into your bog standard traditional EnglishCantonese restaurant. However, once we board the restaurant, everything was wonderful. The food was largely cooked from scratch, and every dish was a joy
