Swiss Chalet - Petawawa

Absolutely amazing in petawawa, it's clean, staff is awesome and there is stuff in the condiment bins! Holy karumba. Unlike pembroke, emplty bins, every table is dirty and always out of product.

Ordered 3 soup in a bowl. Got 3 huge containers, enough for 9 people about $10.00 each. Please tell people how big containers are before ordering.We weren't pleased!!!

Tried dining in for the fun of it. Meals were decent for the price point.The inside definitely needs a cleaning; unwashed tables, greasy fingerprints on windows, and black flies decided to join us for our meal as well.Staff was friendly and brought food to the table and asked if we were happy with the meal.

Ordered 2 chicken dinners. Was charged extra for white meat. Wings on both orders non edible.Food was brought out in about 2 minutes and was JUST warm. Returned my plate back to the counter and asked for it to be heated up. Waited about 10 minutes for them to bring my plate back, only for it to be the same temperature as before. Don’t know if they microwaved it and left it sitting before bringing it back or what. Ate the food, but was not impressed. Besides being lukewarm, the fries looked like they were yesterday’s leftovers, with a lot of bits and pieces.When leaving, the young fellow asked if the food was better than the first time and we told him, ‘No’. He said he was sorry to hear that and said that he was sorry that he couldn’t do more.We won’t be supporting this establishment in the future.

-5 stars would be more appropriate. Complainimg to Head Office just results in referring you to the offending location who are apparently never wrong!
