Starbucks - Petawawa

Ive never had a bad word to say about this location and still don't but it's really frustrating that both online orders and drive through are prioritized over walk in orders. I waited over 20 minutes for 1 brown sugar oat shaken espresso while watching 20 online orders made ahead of me. The staff was hustling and working really hard but there has obviously been a management directive to consider online orders more important. There must be a better way to go about this. Xoxo, sad customer.

I used to come here a lot, but every time I come it takes them almost 20 minutes to prepare my drinks. Usually at this location I come with someone else so end up ordering 2 lattes instead of one. But the time it takes them to make the drinks is unreasonable.It's faster to drive to Zaytouna in Pembroke and get something there.I've actually stopped going to Starbucks completely after another long wait at the a different Starbucks (the Elmvale Acres one in Ottawa), and now, when I'm in the area, go exclusively to Zaytouna and Madawaska Coffee in Pembroke.I've been told Starbucks will prioritize Uber Eats and Mobile orders, so that if you walk in and order and an Uber Eats ordee comes in after you, they will make the Uber Eats order first. This seems true based on Ottawa locations I've visited, but Uber Eats doesn't even exist in Petawawa, so I'm thinking it's due to mobile orders and the drive thru.

Definitely my favourite coffee place whether it be getting coffee before work or just as a pitstop. The staff are super but they hardly fill the cups even close to the top. I have been going to different Starbucks shops but at Petawawa when you order a Venti size cup it isnt even filled with Grande volume. I have tested this on a couple of occasions and it's quite dissapointing paying for a venti but getting a cup that is even half full every single time. Even when getting a grande size it is complete under filled. This makes buying coffee at starbucks just too expensive.

The staff is A1!! Best staff at a coffee shop any where! Always makes you feel like your special and wanting to come back for the next experience ??

Came through today at 9am and only realized after I ordered that I forgot my credit card. I apologized and offered to pull over to explain and I had every intention of running home and picking up my credit card. But the worker immediately smiled and said one moment. She spoke with the manager and let me have the drink for free.There's a reason I always come back to Starbucks and this is one of the many reasons. She didn't have to do that for, but she did and it made my day!
