Pristine shop, which is placed on the large basis by the previous owner. Hamburger-Patties, which I got for the fourth (with integrated Bacon), were loaded with taste from this world. I'm impressed!

Where you start... believe it or not, get the liver sausage. One of the best things I've ever put in my mouth! Seriously, Travis has put together some magic ingredients, and this is unlike any of these evil things your father and uncle used to eat. Then the house made pastrami, a little chorizo, maybe a few pork chops or the lambskin. All right.

Knowledgeable personnel, local ethical procurement and a fab charcuterie case. Thank you Thistle Meats! It is great to have a small town of butcher with the kind of quality and dedication that will make you a craft.

This small butcher is outstanding! Every single cut of meat I buy there is over-the-top delicious. The butchers and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and can tell you how to cook wonderful meals with their meat.
