Stockhome - Petaluma

I really wanted to have this place checked better. The service is amazing, it is very cute, and I would say it is cheap. And while the food tasted good at the moment, both my husband and I were very inflated and at least quite immediately afterwards. Maybe it was just a free day, we did not share food and I eat a vegan diet while he enjoyed meat. The only thing we shared was the Pita bread and I would be surprised if it caused the reaction. Not sure what was in the food that would have led to us, but I was disappointed as overall the experience was positive.

So great place to eat. The salads were so clean with fresh ingredients. Had the ball a touch of dill in the dressing. A so sweet town of Petaluma?. Worth the visit!

Nice place and friendly people. The food was delicious! We shared a Greek salad and the mussels and my husband ordered the Swedish meatballs, but everything came at the same time. While we enjoyed the mussels, his meatballs were cold.

I was looking for a place to lunch while visiting Petaluma and Stockhome caught my eye. I don't think I've ever seen a Swedish restaurant and had to try! It has such a comfortable, cozy atmosphere and the staff was friendly and efficient! I have to try three dishes. The Kebab plate with lamb and frits was very good! The lamb was tender on the bite and very well seasoned. The pommes were crisp and beautifully salted. It was fantastic! The pork stall was thin and very crispy, while the potatoes were tasteful from the spice. It also came with a severity with sweet notes of taste that paired so well with the savory pig. Something lemon over everything and it brought it up! To finish the experience, I had her Swedish pancakes. It was made so thin, it reminded me of a crepe. It tasted so good, especially with berries and extraordinary whipped cream all in a bite! Not excessively sweet, right! I washed all this with a Swedish soda flavoured with Lingonberry, which was so refreshing, and wish I could taste more dishes! But I knew I had my fullness. If I'm back in Petaluma, I definitely want to come back!

Home, sweet home? meatballs exactly like my mom used to make. This place is unpretentious, genuine and simple. Traditional coziness and wonderful food will bring you back for more. I wish Petaluma had more such places with ethnic food from different European countries?.
