The beef short ribs and the salmon were all-star hits at our wedding!! PSC was extremely professional, the staff were great, and the food was top-notch. Highly recommend!

TL;DR We are SO fortunate and grateful for the incredible team at Preferred Sonoma. We loved them from the moment we had our tasting, every single guest raved about the food at our wedding, and the staff is truly unparalleled. Huge huge thank you and highest recommendations.We hired Preferred Sonoma in 2020 after going to about 4 5 other caterers for tastings. Not only was the food at Preferred Sonoma the best by a mile, but Karen, Tori, and Edie made the experience amazing and the prices were extremely reasonable. I could tell from the very beginning that this team truly cared about delivering the best experience and highest quality to us and they prioritized staying within our budget while doing so. They fully understood my vision from the get go and executed to perfection.The night of the wedding, every single guest pulled me aside to tell me how it was the best food they've had at a wedding, how they never had to wait long for the servers to come around with passed appetizers, their cups were full with wine, and how wonderful the staff was. Not to mention, I was also blown away by the gorgeous plating of all the main courses and the stationed bounty table (charcuterie . Preferred Sonoma overdelivered in every single category: service, appearance, taste, etc. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them and we could not recommend them enough. They are the best of the best.Of course, you're wondering what we had that was SO good: Mushroom spring rolls (the highlight everyone loved! Bounty Harvest charcuterie (Amazing!!! and they kept it fully stocked throughout cocktail hour so it always looked beautiful and untouched, despite people chowing down Chimichurri Steak truffle mushroom ravioli Parmesan truffle popcorn

PSC is thee BEST. I planned my wedding in Sonoma from afar, and it was truly only possible because of how wonderful the PSC was throughout the entire experience. I cannot over emphasize what an absolute pleasure the PSC team was to work with, especially AnnieLaurie and Tori Keck. They always made me feel heard and so taken care of. Not only was the service excellent, but our food was outstanding. I was blown away by it at our tasting, and just as thrilled with our meal on the big day. Plus, PSC handled all of our rentals and made our vision come to life I could write pages about how wonderful they are, you're really doing yourself a favor by hiring them!

I cannot recommend PSC enough! The food was amazing, the little flourless chocolate cake bites are especially delicious! They made planning and organizing my wedding so easy and stress free, even helping me with a couple things beyond the food! Complete pleasure to work with!

Preferred Sonoma did an amazing job catering my wedding on October 30, 2022 at the Bodega Bay Secret Gardens. All of my guests were obsessed with the food! The hors d'oeuvre selections, entrees and cheesecake martini desserts were such a hit! The batched cocktails were also incredible, all of the guests enjoyed the food and drink offerings. The team also did a great job setting up and helping decorate the venue, everything was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, and on top of their duties.
