Pizza Guys - Petaluma

We have been frequenting this restaurant for affordable pizza for a few years now, but tonight we experienced a major delay. We waited for two and a half hours and were informed three times in the last 45 minutes that our order was on the way, despite living only 10-15 minutes away. When I called to inquire about the delay, they did not provide any excuses such as being short-staffed or busy; all they said was that our order was on the way. After another half hour passed, we were informed that the restaurant did not know what happened and would be making a new pizza at 9:40pm. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, I was given the option of a cookie or a refund. I chose the refund as I did not want to wait any longer. It seems that the restaurant no longer handles their own deliveries, and even if you order directly from their website, the order is passed off to Doordash. This creates a problem as there is no way to communicate with the driver since the order was not made through Doordash. Overall, only order from this restaurant if you are not in a rush.

We are regular customers and in my opinion, this is the best pizza in town. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and they are committed to providing a great dining experience. I will definitely be returning.

The people here are amazing, the atmosphere is lovely, and they serve incredibly delicious pizza. I absolutely adore this place!

Always a fantastic experience at this place. Delicious pizzas, pastas, salads, and appetizers. The manager is wonderful, always so friendly and knows his regular customers by name. Love the fact that prices are reasonable and they are always offering various coupons and other deals. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so!
