Cheese Factory - Petaluma

Beautiful discovery on our journey from Point Reyes National Seashore. Very friendly staff. We appreciate the time they needed to inform us about the cheese production process and how best to enjoy our cheese. We selected the Golden Gate, Morning Brie and the Jalapeño Brie. On the way out, we took a leaf of warm baguette bread and enjoyed a snack outside at one of the many tables. Great place and great history!

Excellent place to please your happy dreams. Wide range of soft cheeses from Crème, Camembert, Creamy Brie, truffles and much more. Place even has a reduced section with earlier expiry date (over one month). That tells you how good quality is controlled. Crackers and dry bread are a bit on the pricier side, what you expect. Also a small sandwich shop available on site. Amazing pond with a picnic table around him. Beautiful wildlife including ducks and cranes. Very recommended as a escape.

A great cheese shop on the edge of the street, for which you should stop. Great choice. You have great gift assortments of their cheeses if you are looking for a variety. Very cheap. Helpful employees. Great picnic area. Peaceful. Great for families. This place had a deli, so you can order sandwiches or they also have prefabricated sandwiches if you are in a hurry to eat... They also have craft desserts, salami, crackers and many or goods.

I enjoyed the best goat cheese I ever tasted on my salad. The chicken truffle cheese package was delicious, the ambience I was looking for. I'll be back!

Great selection of cheeses and crackers. Very peaceful area to sit and enjoy with friends. Besides cheese, they also have some tasty cookies. Enjoy the view while you eat!
