Bistro 100 - Petaluma

Just a few minutes before booking they were not harassed to close the online reservation system when closed. how many people went there and parked and then had to find out that they couldn't eat and how dirty was the kitchen?

The restaurant had all trappings of a sweet, upscale bistro, but the experience was very less than. the dings were inconsistent. when we arrived, we had to ask for water, brot, then again for little tellers when it arrived and we had nothing to eat. I had a great Caesar salad and good but expensive wein, but my gut wasn't what I expected. the description was from duck two away with what I thought was linguine on the side. what I got was a pasta in a thick cream sauce that contained pieces bone. I was very disappointed, although the disappointing was tasty, but I rarely eat pasta and don't like cream sauce! I treated my parents and their food was good, but several articles did not match the descriptions in the menu.

We have eaten several times in bistro and have always really enjoyed our meals. this time we brought four friends with us and I'm sad that the meals were quite disappointing. I would give it a good meal. there were only special offers in addition to the regular rate in the menu. one was a supper from which a friend ordered and said it was nothing to write about home. another friend ordered chickens that should consist of wings and drums. they were ordered the same court and they wanted to exchange. she wanted to give him her drummer for his chicken wings, problem was that although he got both, she only got the drummer. the waitress took the drummer only court back and from friend ordered a hamburger who was good but not great. I forgot to see if I was charged for the huh that went back to the kitchen, but hope I wasn't. the best in this culinary experience was a great service on the side of our waitress and since we dined early on Sunday, the restaurant was quiet and we could conduct a pleasant evening meal without having to compete with much noise.

We really wanted to like, but we were disappointed. the menu sounded great, eating looked good, but the taste was just not there. overcooked chicken. undercooked vegetables. Brussel shoots served too early. I hope it was only one night for the kitchen because the ethos of the restaurant is inviting.

Honestly was not that impressed tonight. Menu was minimal and we found the offerings not that appealing. Salads were good, entrees were nice but something was missing. Sorry.
