Amazing food! Order was ready in 7 minutes after order

It was through a work trip and it was a TAG. I went in and was greeted right away. I asked for a seat away from other people and the greetings that gave me a seat separated by a window. She empathized my mood and gave me exactly what I needed. I was impressed by the service that was what I expected and the beer was delicious and cold. I can't remember her name, but she was amazing. Thank you.

With my recent experience with Applebee's in Rohnert Park, I had my reservations about food. Petaluma Applebee changed that. From the moment we came in, until the moment we left everything was incredible! Our server was very busy, but she didn't miss anything. We ordered drinks to start my typical, I started with an ice-water with lemon while I opened my mind, my children also ordered their drinks. When she returned with exactly what we ordered, they ordered appetizers, we all asked Margaritas when she came back with all that we knew what we wanted to order our meals. Whenever we needed something she had on top. I am very grateful for the service we received this night. Thanks Petaluma Applebee's! You are all amazing! We're coming back!

Had a nice lunch today. Rachael was our server and was so friendly and offered one of the best restaurants I had for a long time. The food was standard, but the service was top knotch!

We felt hurried during our meal and were surprised when the waitress brought us Togo containers before we had finished eating. We did not request them and the hostess gave us dirty looks throughout our meal. We have no intention of returning to this restaurant. In hindsight, we would have been better off saving money and going to Burger King next door.
