The Habit Burger Grill - Petaluma

Used to be my favorite burger place but last few visits I was disappointed in the food. Wasn't made correctly or was made sloppy and fast. I will visit again but not so often.

Very tasty. Superb quality. Not fast food, but quick tasty food. The Cheeseburger is tops!

Patrick, the crew member who assisted me on 11/24 was very rude and seemed bothered to have to work. I asked if I could order and he said “I’m busy right now, that’s why I said it’ll be a second.” I waited patiently until he had a moment. He was casually preparing orders that weren’t ready yet and directed that I should just “use the kiosks for faster service.” He was pushing me towards using a kiosk instead of taking my order. The location did not appear to be very busy at all. Customer service skills were lacking, and I think he would benefit from further training.

I love habit burgers ? ? however today I got 3 burgers and 2/3 were made wrong I asked the lady who gave me my food if it was correct she said yes but it was far from the truth and I was even was charged for the bacon on my husband's burger and there was none .Tried calling no answer, usually good but today was maybe off for them ?
