There is a new vegan food delivery service in the city that we tried for dinner and enjoyed so much that we ordered lunch again the next day! The Superbowl included quinoa, unpolished multigrain rice (non-GMO), shiitake mushrooms, chickpeas, potatoes, spinach, and beet molasses, all seasoned with organic Himalayan salt, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, and star anise. This meal was perfect for busy vegans like me who want healthy options.
