The food tastes good. the environment is clean and good. the personal is also very good. the price is quite reasonable. the famous eating is still xiao long bao. must eat when they are here

I usually do not worry about writing reviews, but service recovery by the manager a man, not his names unfortunately get) at dragon i, sunway pyramid today 11 dez 2022) was exceptional. after lunch with my mother there were rest I had asked the manager to help be packed. there was a mix and one of the employees threw the rest away. After we had our takeaway pack was too long, the manager took it on himself: 1. check the situation, 2. let me know about the mistake of the staff, and 3. an immediate solution that he had already instructed the kitchen to make a new batch for us) we waited for the food to be ready. based on my observations, the new court was plated instead packed. once again, this attentive manager went to correct the thing by going personally into the kitchen, with another fresh batch I only noticed that the court was properly separated with suppe when I came home and opened the package) and personally the hand delivered me the Takeaway pack. we were then on our happy way. the experience left a very positive perception of dragon i in my understanding. it was a very long time since I had the joy of experiencing such exceptional service promptly, clear and attentive. I will be back at dragon i and will definitely bring bigger groups.

Good and professional service. sops are adhered to. love the prawns wonton and salted a pumpkin! can do better with fried la babes with crushed carcass barely meat, I usually only eat noodles because they were generous with the noodles not the meat.

After lunch with my mom, there were leftovers which I had asked the manager to help get packed. There was a mix up and one of the staff threw the leftovers away. Upon realizing our takeaway pack was taking too long, the manager took it upon himself to: 1. check on the situation, 2. let me know of the staff's mistake, and 3. offer an immediate solution he had already instructed the kitchen to make a new batch for us) We waited for the food to be ready. Based on my observations, the new dish was plated instead of packed. Once more, this attentive manager went to correct the matter by personally going to the kitchen, having another fresh batch made I only noticed the dish a vegetable dish with soup was properly separated when I got home and opened the packet), and personally hand delivered the takeaway pack to me. We were then off on our merry way. The experience left a very positive perception of Dragon I in my mind. It had been a very long time since I have had the pleasure of experiencing such exceptional service recovery prompt, clear, and attentive. Needless to say, I will be back at Dragon I and will definitely bring bigger groups along. :
