Sushi Fou - Pessac

Really tasty food and prizes are resonable. Ideal to come with friends. They also have delivery and take away

I ordered in delivery yesterday around 6:30 to be delivered at 8:00. At 7:00 p.m. the deliveryman (who apparently was also the boss) calls me to tell me he's downstairs. I tell him he's in advance of an hour, so he'll come back at 8 o'clock without re-ordering because the makis eat cold. Too bad there were also gyosas that I was supposed to eat hot, they were cold and the consistency was suddenly very bof, I suspect a refrigeration of the bag in its entirety. A micro noisette of wasabi compared to usually where there is enough despite my comment... I find it a shame not to respect the set schedule and not to take into account the customer request. So last time I order in advance, at least I'm sure I have ultra fresh, hot gyosas and a respect for schedule. The makis on the other hand are very good and generous in size, we are never disappointed on this point and we found them better than usual, we always take a box and a little more. The woman on the phone is very professional. The site is pleasant to handle but small bug on the free gyosas in delivery from 39 euros purchase. I had to ask them on the phone.

Very good Japanese restaurant, well placed in the center of Pessac! We usually order to carry, everything is impeccable. Our heartburn at home are their Rolls Signature, the best we ate...!
