Le Central - Pessac

Given the positive comments, but not very recent, I ask myself the following question. Did this restaurant change direction? Because we were very disappointed by the service. Although it was reserved, it was missing everything. No choice in the aperos, no whisky, only mojito said home, but any. On 4 dishes offered, 2 broken, and medium quality. We ask for the wine list. We are placed on the table a bottle of poor quality red wine and ordinary rosé. No dessert, no cheese, no ice cream. On the other hand, a salted addition. We really feel like we're making fun of ourselves. In short, a very bad organisation and a lack of professionalism.

It is of these places, of these moments, in a life, that give the sudden feeling that time stops. It no longer has any influence on you, only the emotion at the counter makes it possible to really feel the vibrations of existence. The Central in Pessac is from these places. The bosses, the waiters, the customers, sitting around the tables, armed at the counter, are as many stars in the sky as this bar. If you have to describe it, I would say that before all, Le Central, these are meetings: culinary, between fine burgers and gourmets, salads and generous ethyl sausages, ILS SERVENT DE LA CHOUFFE. And of course, human. Between student and neighbourhood life, between jazz evenings and champion league games, life is represented in all its colors, in all its vices and all its humanitys. Intrinsic conditions of a festive night. ... the virus that serves us as a test for all and all of us in the last few months gives us a unique chance: to think about what we loved, what we love, and to try again. We're thinking of the Central, and we'll be back. Be strong, be patient, we'll be back. We'll be back.

Very good address for service and kitchen; Trust it! fresh and hearty salads, formulas, burgers, in short everything you need to eat quickly and well, on the terrace or inside; I've eaten the best cheeseburger for a long time, well-respected meat cooking and even the bread was soft

We arrived late enough for lunch leaving the Mutualist Clinic. We were received with the smile and placed as we desired. The service was very fast and efficient perhaps due to time. It was good.

We can drink a drink or lunch at noon. There is a dish of the day at 9€ that can be supplemented by an entrance or a home dessert at 11€. Salads are very good. The fries too! The melted camembert is great! The service is very nice and we can have lunch in an hour. The room is dark but cozy and the summer the terrace is top.
