We have eaten at Dino Pavone's almost every year since 2006 and have always been pleasantly surprised. He is a fantastic cook and an incredibly warm person. My whole family feels at home with him. Eating with friends, so to speak! The ambience is cozy and the customer's wishes are always taken into account. All dishes are perfectly prepared and always fresh. Special requests are always gladly implemented. Dino celebrates the preparation and serving of dishes of the highest quality. The fact that he also speaks perfect German makes it even easier for German holidaymakers. The menu is manageable and often additional dishes are offered that are not on the menu. So ask what he recommends. If you want to eat fish or a special meat, you should simply eat there more often during the holiday and make an appointment for the next time and discuss your wishes. The prices are absolutely moderate and Dino isn't angry if you just order pasta.

I am surprised to read the negative reviews here. We stumbled across this place, wanting to stay close to our B and B up the road after a long day of travel. Our dinner was, without doubt, the best of our trip days all...over Italy). We were greeted warmly and opted to eat outside. Everything we ordered (and some free goodies sent to the table) was cooked perfectly. Many items from the garden. Tastes were amazing. All fresh and simple. We had vegetable tempura, local antipasti plate (prosciutto, salami, fresh figs), crostini, scrambled eggs with peppers, gnocchi with grilled vegetables, arrosticini, steak with salsa ciao The chef and owner, Dino, visited us several times, and came out toward the end of the meal with a digestivo for us (genziana). He sat at our table for quite some time to chat. Interesting man who obviously takes great pride in his work. We have been telling everyone here at home about this experience. The service and quality of the food were excellent.
