One star is too many, but you can't give less. My wife and I ordered with JustEat. Expected arrival at 10.05pm, arrived at 10.50pm instead. I called asking for information and one of them who didn't understand a damn thing about Italian put together random Italian words mixed with Chinese... practically incomprehensible, not to mention that he even got upset over the phone. In the end the rider hands me the phone and guarantees my arrival in a few minutes. He kept his word and, among other things, a very kind and friendly guy, like few others. The food was cold, the flavor was of dubious origin, the fries were raw and mushy as well as soaked in oil... the entire box of sushi was thrown away due to how disgusting the flavor was, not to mention the truly paltry portions.
