I was sitting near the bar counter. The girl who was cooking the food was constantly swearing and complaining about being rushed. The waitress informed us that the dishes would take a long time to prepare, over 30 minutes, even though there weren't many customers. I kindly asked if they could speed things up a bit because I only had an hour for my meal. The waitress relayed this to the chef, who was quite offended and reacted with outrage. I could hear all of this while I was sitting there.

I had a terrible experience at the Zhukovsky Airport restaurant. The behavior of the waitstaff was appalling—jerky, abrupt, and lacking even the basics of good service. There were flies buzzing around, which was quite unpleasant. It was especially bothersome to observe the conduct of the waiter Stepan; someone like him does not belong in this job. I highly advise against this place. We waited an hour for our food! How can it take an hour to prepare a salad? By the time we arrived at 4 PM, half of the menu was already out of stock! The server couldn't even tell us what items were still available right away.

Guys, it's a complete disaster. I ordered a latte. It says 300ml, but that's the size of the cup, not the actual drink volume. They only filled half the cup with latte and the other half with foam. The price is 210 rubles, which is what you would pay for a normal-sized drink. The café itself is dirty, the furniture has stains, and the windows are unwashed. The staff seemed inexperienced. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
