I returned from Maramao with my family and it confirmed itself as a wonderful place where you can find excellent food and welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Personally, I tried and loved the cavatelli with black cabbage cream, pumpkin and bread crumbs and the potato, lentil and broccoli flan with vegan curry mayonnaise. I also tasted the desserts of the day (made by them) and they are delicious! Other things I like: the use of raw materials with a controlled (short) supply chain and the bread made by them. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was very attentive. Charming place and an evening well spent. Vegan options were very tasty it was nice to have different vegan options, great restaurant for vegans in perugia. The staff were so friendly and open to questions and requests regarding the food.
