L'orto Del Frate - PERUGIA

We went there for dinner, recommended by the b&b. Even though we arrived a little later than usual, we received an excellent welcome from Mr. Mario and the staff, all very friendly. The place may seem simple but it is genuine. The dishes we tried were very good. The homemade desserts, truly excellent. The very right account. If I were to return to Perugia I would happily return.

I went to this historic place with my husband and son. Great friendliness and kindness, as always, from the owner Mario and all the staff. Always excellent food as well as value for money. Best wishes for continued success.

We stopped here for a team dinner. Distracted and unorganized waiters, the meal was supposed to be quick but instead it took a little long ...personally we didn't like it. We cannot express an opinion on prices because dinner was kindly offered. The owner is nice but we honestly can't recommend him or go back.

Ottimo cibo di qualità e tradizione della peruginità più casereccia che c'è e che non manca mai di stupirti. Ottimo il rapporto umano con il gestore, ampio spazio sia al chiuso che all'aperto. Per Perugia è un bel giardino che senza l'orto non sarebbe la stessa. Lunga vita a questo tipo di Slowfood!!!!

Osteria piacevole per un pranzo o una cena informale, quasi come stare a casa. Personale gentile e sollecito, alla mano ma molto rispettoso e affabile verso il cliente.
