The Lodge At Bromley - Peru

For a price of $175 per night for a room, we decided not to stay. The view was nice, but there was no pool and no food available on-site.

This property really should have received a 1-star rating, but I gave it 3 stars solely because of the staff! Rob was incredibly welcoming and friendly, as was the young woman who took care of breakfast. If the owner reads this, I urge you to invest in serious renovations for the rooms. Honestly, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet or bathroom floor. The place suffered from peeling paint, stained carpets, and water damage on the bathroom walls. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was subpar, making for a rather uncomfortable night. At $200 per night, it simply isn’t worth it. With some much-needed updates, this could be such a charming spot!

The restaurant offers a very comfortable ambiance with stunning views and easy access to amenities in nearby towns. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The place is clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

The bus broke down, so I ended up as the recovery driver. They provided me with meals and extended my stay until Syosset Central is ready for us to return to Long Island. Last night, we enjoyed pizza, and this morning we had a delicious spread of bagels, eggs, sausage, bacon, orange juice, home fries, and hot cocoa coffee.
