We 've been ordering from here for 8yrs it 's our 'go to ' place for delivery to celebrate special occasions or when we just can 't be bothered making dinner. We always spend close to or over $100. The food is pretty good (although it 's maybe gone a little down hill as well) Lately though the service has left a lot to be desired.... today it was 35mins late and when I called to check what was happening (because Menulog said it had been delivered but it hadn 't), I was told 'sorry there 's nothing we can do about it ' and that it would only be 10 15mins late. This is the 2nd time this has happened in as many orders (the first time they made out that I must have missed the delivery, yet their driver was still on his way). So it looks like we will be finding somewhere else to get our Chinese takeaway

I ordered food at 6.30 and was told my food would be delivered between 7.10 and 7.25pm my food didn't arrive until around 8 20pm. Food was at least hot and edible.
