Fortunately, Polly's is a place that stays open a bit later than most coffee shops. I highly recommend their falafel wrap and coffee. Even though my mother is not vegetarian, she really enjoyed her banana bread there.
This charming café serves delicious rye bagels with BBQ eggplant, avocado, and more. They also create lovely latte art. The coffee was decent, not exceptional, but the staff were friendly. I may return in the future for another try.
I have frequented this restaurant many times. Its location is likely the reason why it is always busy. The food and coffee are consistently good. The coffee is bold and the dishes are flavorful. It is a bit on the pricier side, but the outdoor seating is lovely. The service is quick and efficient.
Have you ever left a museum or finished studying at the library, only to realize it's past noon and most shops are closing up? Polly's is the perfect spot for you as they stay open a little later than other coffee shops. I highly recommend their falafel wraps and coffee. Even my non-vegetarian mom loves their banana bread.
Sheltered by the shade of a sprawling Moreton Bay Fig in the heart of the Cultural Centre, Polly is a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy a coffee before work. It's a tiny little cafe serving cakes, toasties, rolls and coffees. The service is bright and cheerful and the coffee is OK.
