I ordered a fish and chips, cultivated out how a maltese marble cake looked out and $23.95 later, took a place. the cake was already on my teller, so around 12:15 I took my first bite of the blanest, wet sponge texture pie I had. the malteser above were the star of the show and the icing was too thick of the fish and the chips were served with a nasalate that should be clear colorful but as they can see made the meal pale. the salad itself had a little taste and crisp, but the ingredients were clearly not fresh. the chips were unsalted, darkened, but at least they were boiled properly and had a decent crunch they were quickly lost when they were cooled. the fish had a good crumb, but was...read more
Very poor. eating is so dirty, and at several places the feeling has left me very uncomfortable. the decoration is tired sitting are ground, the whole place looks like it was in desperate need of a revision. the personal is rude. myer should switch off this location and use the space for a better and more modern experience. my only advice is never to go to pinnacles.
Waited a dae to serve no personal in secluded finally served and asked suppe, as advertised with a brotrolle. Hot food display looked like it was a because there and was dry and crusty looking. my suppe is brought to me, I asked for the brotrolle just to say that we are sorry that we have no one they like to have toast (no sa down and discovered the suppe to be the ones that were shown with a beautiful skin on the top and on the side of the bowl was baked. extremely salty and barely edible for $10.95 I expected a lot better left 3/4 of it behind and went back to work hungry maybe they don't order the suppe.
Something has gone seriously wrong with Pinnacles. We had lunch there weekly for many years. Within the last two years the food and service has gone downhill and I don't know how it keeps going. Most of the regular staff have moved on and those that remain are not happy as they used to be. I wrote to Myer but received no reply. I don't know how they can lend their name to a place that has gone so rapidly downhill and shows no signs of improving.
