The lady at the desk insisted on finishing her typing at the computer before asking about our reservation. She quickly muttered which wines we were eligible to through our voucher. When we were ready to order, she only took our entree order before stopping me mid sentence to serve another table. We had to specifically asked for water as well. As our mains came out (2 sirloins and 1 beef tenderloin), we noticed the sides were all mixed up and the steaks that we requested be cooked medium well done, were all ****** rare. I mentioned the mix up to the hostess but she did not offer to replace the meals. Dessert was equally disappointing. Bland vanilla ice cream was served with a bitter caramel cake and two average sticky date puddings. When I went up to pay our bill, I noticed she had charged us for our wine. I ordered sparkling wine but... read more
We had Scoopon -3course meal with wine $49 for two. For changing of our reservation, I had rung many times but couldn't get through and in the end, had to ring Ibis Hotel to put me through. They have set menus for coupons. Out of set menu, Main- Beef Cheeks, Butter Chicken and Dessert- Vanilla panacotta are not available despite we were seated as early as 7pm. Taste wise all meals were just average. Sticky date pudding was too sweet and taste a bit floury. Staff are quite attentive though. Overall, our dinner experience was just average and nothing special.

Visited using a Scoopon: $49 for a 3 course meal with a glass of wine for two. Entree we chose garlic bread and salt and pepper squid. Squid tasted like it was of the frozen premade variety. Mains we chose sirloin steak with mushroom sauce and the chicken parmi. Both were average. Dessert we both had warm dark chocolate pudding with ice cream. It was a nice finish to the meal and wasn't too sweet or heavy. Overall it was good value and the food was okay.
