Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Perth

We came here for a fast lunch and ordered our usual burgers, but were happy to find that there were other options available on the menu.

This is an inexpensive place to get lunch, but definitely to take away as it is not the best place to sit and eat.

This has to be the busiest McDonald's I have ever seen! The staff were smashed every time I went in or walked past! Very handy location and clean.

There is no McDonalds inside the Piccadilly Arcade Perth. The nearest is about 100m away on Williams St. It is exactly like every other McDonalds you've been to by franchise decree I believe. Some people loathe Maccas, others love them and I suspect most don't care. The staff at the Williams' St can't do anything about that, so its not their issue. I'll declare that I've been impressed with their employment and training of young teens. This outlet suffers from its location in a part of town where a few homeless and beggars choose to hang about. Not inside of course, where it is clean, quiet (away from the food alarms) and. . . . .like every other McDonalds you've been to.

The young asian man behind the counter had no understanding of my South African accent. I ordered a burger and chips and ended up with a Mcfish burger which was cold. I complained and the manager had problems comprehending my advice that he should train his staff in plain English.
