McDonald's - Perth

Open really late so perfect to go to after a night out. The place is always kept clean and there's a McCafe and Create Your Taste range.

This is the only review I have ever given about anything anywhere.I used to go there for morning Coffee, always only 1 person serving. The coffee is always late but the staff used to be nice. I guess they are tired of being overworked/under pressure. They are just flat out hostile at the coffee side now. Today was my last day there. I cancelled my order and left. Outrageous.

I'm not one for giving bad reviews for the sake of it and wouldn't normally care to review a fast food outlet but I must say that this McDonalds in Perth is particularly poor - in a relatively clean city there is rubbish all over the street outside and it was absolutely filthy inside with no clean tables. The food was cold and the staff seemed to not really care about providing any level of customer service. Really appalling.

This is the worst McDonald's I have visited in the world and I've visited hundreds if not thousands over the years. The seats are ripped, floors are disgusting it looked like someone had vomited and it had been left. The lift doesn't work so if you have a pram or wheelchair you have to leave them outside walk up the stairs, stand at the counter for 20 minutes for them to come around to unlock the lift.The toilets look like they are used for drugs.Absolutely terrible

I just had the worst burger of my life! I ordered the truffle and cheese burger from the gourmet selection thinking that it was going to be a special experience. I work only a few meters away from Burger and Ribs in Murray Street Perth and as they are quite expensive but absolutely delicious, I was hoping to receive a similar experience from ordering a Gourmet Burger from McDonald's ! Boy were I disappointed! THE BURGER WAS DRY, NO CHEESE AND MINIMAL SAUCE WITH A TINY PIECE OF LETTUCE ONLY!!!!! IN ONE WORD IT WAS HORRIBLE! After this experience, I will never order a burger from McDonald's again! One single store managed to ruin my entire outlook and ordering anything from McDonald's again! It is a shame and must be taken seriously by the owners. There are too much competition out there and for an owner of one store allowing such poor quality of food to be served to customers, is tarnishing the entire reputation of other McDonalds owners. I will spread the word about this to my friends, family and colleagues as it was THAT bad. And that for $9.95! It is theft. Just because you are a chain you think it is acceptable to serve horrible quality food! If it was a private restaurant you would not have been operating any longer as you would have been forced to close your doors due to bad publicity. It is appalling! I contacted both the manager and the owner. The owner in particular was rude, condescending and smirked at me over the phone asking me how fat did I travel before eating the burger as this may have affected the quality of the burger. Hah! I work a few metres from his store and even if it was eaten an hour after I bought it it should and would have been perfectly fine as experienced from other burger outlets in the past. He did not offer me any compensation or a sincere apology. Hopeless.
