Best Western Queens - Perth Kinross

I rated this hotel a 2 because the staff was the highlight of the experience. However, the rooms were extremely outdated and in poor condition. In our room, 315, we experienced plumbing issues with water backing up from the bath plug hole when the room above us was using water or if we used the sink. This hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. I felt bad for the hardworking staff who have to deal with these conditions. I was surprised to find out it is a Best Western hotel. Unfortunately, I will not be booking here again.

Food was I would say good pub food, the usual, steak, fish n chips, etc. Very well priced and tasty for the money. Drinks were all priced well. Service was first class.

Booked this hotel for special occasions when doing booking to hotel personally mentioned special event and would like to book a table and have a bottle of prosecco that's not a problem he was told booked for 3 days arrived there. No restaurant no bar available went to my room it was a tip not cleaned from previous people was put into another room dark and from 60s paper hanging from ceiling room had two heaters bathroom was dirty in such a small shower cubicle carpets worn if you look at website the rooms are not NOT THE SAME HOTEL ROOMS . the corridors and stairs very unclean unkept unclean I wouldn't call it a hotel atall did not stay unbooked and went else where never again

Attended a business meeting. Excellent bacon rolls provided. Stayed in for a light lunch. Chicken Caesar Salad sandwich. Very tasty, nicely presented and with very good service. Will be happy to visit again

On the first night of the new year, having a quiz was not a good choice. The singer performed her own songs, which did not cater to the audience who were mostly in their 60s to 80s. Not a single Scottish song or slow ballad was heard. A significant improvement is needed in the entertainment for future years. Finding someone who understands and can cater to the older generations is crucial. If this is done correctly, the restaurant will be packed for years to come.
